some issues encountered
false alarm poor communication
the location was convenient. the gym had decent equipment for a quick workout.
the fire alarm went off at 2 am. we had to evacuate and the elevators were out of service for hours.. there was little explanation. the staff didn't seem prepared to handle the situation well, poor communication

Really good Apartment Hotel Experience
spacious living room functional kitchen clean wardrobe proper gym equipment
The living room area was lovely and spacious. The kitchen included everything I needed. The laundry facilities worked perfectly after my long trip. The bathroom, wardrobe, walk-in closet, and balcony were clean. The gym provided proper equipment and the pool offered beautiful views, though the snow kept me away from it .
I noticed a very slight issue, the air conditioner in my initial room was not functioning properly.

The apartment was located in the city center. Shops, bars, and restaurants were just around the corner, offering convenient access. Public transport was also easily accessible, with stations just a short walk away, simplifying travel.

My room included a full fridge-freezer, more extensive than expected, providing ample space for groceries. The room featured large closets, offering sufficient storage. The bed was very comfy, promoting restful sleep after long work days.

The pool provided a relaxing spot. The hot tub was a plus, offering a chance to unwind. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The building had elevators that ran quickly and efficiently.

mixed feelings about this place
excessive parking fee slow elevators
I found a couple of things pretty annoying! the parking fee was $35 per day. the elevators were also really slow. I often had to wait a long time, and sometimes they were completely out of service, a major inconvenience.

superb stay!
helpful concierge rooftop pool convenient boardroom
The concierge service was helpful and quick. i used the boardroom for work meetings. It was very convenient. the rooftop pool and hot tub area provided a relaxing escape. The view was amazing.
